This universal bracket kit is designed to mount a variety of awnings to non-pop-top vehicles equipped with a crossbar roof rack system. Traditional gutter mounted bracket kits interfere with the installation of roof racks, therefore, the solution is to mount the awning case directly to the crossbar itself with this simple and robust bracket kit.
Kit Includes:
Pair of 11-gauge high-quality corrosion-proof stainless steel brackets to mount an ARB or Fiamma F45* awning to a roof rack
Fits Yakima or Thule rack bars**
Stainless mounting hardware (except for the zinc u-bolts)
Detailed installation instructions
*Requires some drilling. See the instructions tab.
**Fits any vehicle with square or round rack bars. Does not fit “aero style,” or oval shaped bars
Note: These awnings are long and heavy, and supporting them requires wide rack bar spacing (see the instructions tab). You may need to add a third rack bar if you plan to use a carrier that requires narrow bar spacing.
